✅ RECIPE for CHEESEA MAKOWIEC ON A DARK BASE
🔸 for a 20 × 30 cm or 24 × 35 cm baking tray
◽ 2 cups of wheat flour type 450-550 (300 g)
◽ 200 g cold butter
◽ 3/4 cup of sugar (150-180 g)
◽ 2 L eggs
◽ 3 tablespoons of cocoa (30-40 g)
◽ 2 flat teaspoons of baking powder (10 g)
◽ a pinch of salt
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius, top-bottom heat without convection or 165-170 degrees Celsius with convection (only if you don't have the option of baking without) for 30 minutes, then 170°C top-bottom heater without convection or 155-160°C with convection for another 20-30 minutes.
✅ POPPY SEED MASS
◽ 225 g dry ground poppy seeds
◽ 300 g hot milk or water
◽ 1/3 of the prepared cheese mass
◽ 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (to taste, for those willing)
◽ 2 tablespoons of semolina (30 g)

◽ 1.5 kg of full-fat cottage cheese (preferably from a cube, but you can also use from a bucket)
◽ 6 L eggs (yolks and whites separately)
◽ 1 glass of sugar (200-220 g, to taste)
◽ 200 g very soft butter
◽ 1 vanilla/vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
◽ 2 sugar-free cream or vanilla puddings (2 × 40 g)
◽ 2 tablespoons of semolina (30 g)

◽ 100 g butter
◽ 1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 g)
◽ 2 full tablespoons cocoa (30 g)

◽ 1 flat tablespoon potato starch
