INGREDIENTS:
For Filling:
* Potato (उबले आलू) - 4 boiled
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1
* Carrot (गाजर) - 1 grated
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1 finely chopped
* Onion (प्याज़) - 1 finely chopped
* Oregano (ओरिगैनो)
* Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Chat Masala (चाट मसाला)
* Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 3/4 cup
* Cheese Slice/Cheese Cubes/Mozzarella (चीज़)
* Bread Crumbs (ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स)
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
FOR BATTER:
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 2 spoons
* Maize flour (मक्के का आटा) - 1 spoon
* Black Pepper Powder ( काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Water (पानी)
RECIPE:
For Filling, grate the boiled Potatoes, put chopped Green Chilies, grated Carot, Capsicum, Onion, Oregano, Chili Flakes, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chat Masala, Oil, All Purpose Flour & bind the dough.
For Batter, take a bowl, put All Purpose Flour, Maize Flour, Black Pepper Powder & Salt & make a batter.
For Bread Crumbs, take some Bread Slices, cut their edges & grind them.
Apply Oil on palms, take some mixture, fill grated Cheese in it & roll it. In the same way, make ready all Rolls. Dip them in batter & wrap them with Bread Crumbs. Fry the Cheese Rolls on medium flame. Serve the Crispy Cheese Rolls with Tomato Ketchup.
