Ingredients List for your convenience:
Chicken & Shrimp:
1/2 to 1 tsp. each: black pepper, salt, onion, and garlic powders
1 tbsp. each of cornstarch
Peanut Sauce:
2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. water
1.5 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Red chili flakes to taste, or 1/2 tsp
Coconut Curry Sauce:
(1) 13 or 14 oz. can of coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2-3 scallions, sliced
1 tsp. ginger paste
1/2 to 1 tsp. each: red chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, allspice powder, turmeric powder
1 zucchini, thinly sliced or julienne
1-2 carrots, thinly sliced or julienne
3/4 to 1 cup frozen green peas

What changed in the factory’s recipe from 15 yrs ago, it used to be the best thing ever then it changed slightly and came down a notch but I have to say this looks good

You can omit it if you can't find it. But most supermarkets sell it now. If you can't find, just add an extra 1/2 tsp of the cumin instead. It'll be fine.

What means all spice powder?

It's a spice mix that has various spices in it. It's also called garam masala in Indian/Pakistani cooking. The spice mix varies depending on where you get it from but typically consists of cumin, coriander, pepper, turmeric, a variation of cardamoms etc. It really varies but it's called all-spice powder.
