CHEESECAKE WITH STRAIGHTENING YOGURT

NOTE: 1 cup size is 200 ml
FOR THE BASE:
2 packs of oatmeal biscuits
150 g melted butter
CREAM SECTION:
500 g strained yogurt
1 glass of sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 pack of cream
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of starch
3 eggs
LEMON SAUCE:
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of starch
Juice of half a lemon
zest of half a lemon
Turmeric with the tip of 1 teaspoon. 1/4 as much.
Optional 1 teaspoon vanilla.
CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
Half a pack of cream (100 g)
80 gr chocolate (dark, milk or white whatever you want)
TO DECORATE:
White chocolate
raspberry

Since the portions are small, 30 minutes at 150 degrees is enough.
Cook for 1 hour if you will make it in one piece. When the top starts to brown slightly, turn off the oven, look for the door and wait for it to cool.
