A most interesting documentary. Incredible tenacious, hard-working and fastidious the people are. It was good to see how each cooperated interactively to completion of necessary chores and ensure survival in this remote land. These people have much to teach modern society. On the cheese making, what was used to coagulate the boiling milk - lemon juice and salt?

Mama and Papa keeping the good life living real.. Oh yes a picture perfect beautiful lifestyle.i wish I had. Hard work and eating the good of the land ❤ But I must say the only time ever I got so close to that amount of meat, on three different occasions I got chase down and almost run over by the bull , it was that close I felt the bull's breath from his nostril on my back 😮😊
