based on watching the video and looking at the spell tooltips at various points, i don't think the cast cooldown bonuses work properly, or some of the shrines dont work. the 63% cast cooldown reduction shrine for example, did not reduce the CDs as much as one would think, so it doesn't work or the value the shrine says is different than the value it actually grants. or legendary spells dont get as much reduction as ordinary spells. but landslie said 5.2 sec CD at lvl 10 after you got that shrine (18:21), and im pretty sure it gets close to that anyway with no shrine. something seems off...

I have noticed the same thing while trying to max cooldown on earth spike. Speaking of which, I wonder how earth spike works, since it is both triggered by attacks and also has a cooldown. I had the impression this cooldown thing on earth spike doesnt work properly.

they use weird math where 100% cd is a 50% reduction, 200% cd is a 66.7% reduction etc. wouldn't be surprised if legendary spells had even lower scaling with it since I know the second bolt legendary has around a 10% luck ratio so theres weird/misleading stuff all around lol

@@Reidang Thx for clarifying. I ended up with around 5 second cooldown on earth spike with a proc every 3 attacks. Weirdly it looked like it proced way more often than every 5 seconds in the end fight.

@@ratatoskr1069 if you're strike ranger their 3 strikes on crit talent ignores cooldowns (but triggers long cooldowns less often)

@@Reidang Spells also have a minimum CD, and the CD reduction is based on what you already have, Like you Have 3% on an item + 15 from talent, You have 18%. So the shrine that gives you 63%m Its not 63% os the total spell CD, Its an increase on your base 18%. so 18% + 11% now you have Total 29% Cd and the blessing gives around 50% so its also based on that. all boons and blessings are bases on you personal stats not the spells stats.
