the rocket launcher has limited amount of rockets it can fire. The other overclock will cap your reload rate because you'll spend too much time firing, unable to launch all rockets before next volley comes in. The favourite removes this issue so your reload is essentially almost unlimited capped. The extra rockets is for fire ground overclock. fire overclock+explosion radius = big fire trails. If you use it with gunner, you can make a fire potency gunner with fire grenade and firefly drone. there is also tactical lead buster, lead storm and bulldog that also have fire upgrades. tactical lead being the better of those 3.

Actually if you have more rockets to fire then it can double fire or even triple fire etc. for every rocket "release". So the Firerate is pretty much useless. The lower the reload the more rockets, the higher the Firerate the more rockets before the pause to reload unless the reload is shorter than the animation, and the more rockets... the more rockets. The +100% Damage means they do more damage per rocket, while the "+8 rockets" means they can hit more targets for normal damage. The +100% damage when you already have +100% is a 1/3 damage increase per rocket (i.e. a 33% increase) and you usually WILL pick up damage increases, while the "+8 rockets" is actually +100% damage for those extra 8 rockets - if you already have +100% damage then the additional 8 rockets will be doing 200% damage each. Also you don't do OVERdamage on each rocket (and waste damage) if you take the "double rockets" OC. The Favourite is really just a NERF for all your other weapons. They really need to re-think the OC. Maybe if they make it +100% Damage and Reload Speed - more rockets fired and they hit harder.

Those rockets had ~1/2 the radius of the Hi-Ex! If you look at the huge explosions for the Hi-Ex (6.5 radius) and imagine half that size (1/4 the area) then that was how big the Hurricane explosions were (3.7 radius). So, no. The visuals DO NOT match the actual. Nowhere near. At least the damage is done to the actual Radius. Then again it does reduce screen clutter, so that's kind of a good thing! 😁

Fire Rate must be a bug. I dont see any difference in the fire rate with or without that overclock.

The only difference is that the rockets are "released" faster so there is a pause between each batch of "releases" when the Reload is higher than the animation time. By the time the Reload is low you are continually firing rockets - sometimes more than 1 per rocket "released" if it's very low.
