I boil chicken for several recipes. Boil my chicken as starters to : Gumbo/ Chicken based soup/ chicken in rice// chicken in noodles. It’s all in the seasoning. I sautée the chicken in butter and oil browning each side, season it and boil it down!!!!!

Von, boiling chicken is not a white thing. I am black and I just boiled some chicken the other day, use some mesquite fajita seasong, onion powder, garlic powder and some butter. Chicken comes out juicy and tender, cook about 30 to 40 minutes on high. And spam is good if you cook it right, you can add it to noodles or you can add it in your eggs. But I am glad trina to see one of your sons in the video. Love to see you and your husband cooking every monday.
