Cheesy Cabbage Casserole

Cheesy cabbage casserole is a lot like cheesy potatoes, or funeral potatoes as you may know them, but without the potatoes! This is a lower carb alternative if you are looking for that or just a fun way to use up that cabbage. It is cheesy, comforting and oh so good!

Great job on the video. The dish looks really good. How does the sweetness of the cornflakes mesh with the rest of the dish? Have you ever tried Kosher or sea salt instead of the iodized?

Thank you! The corn flakes aren't too sweet, they mostly add a buttery crunch. Definitely don't use frosted flakes! I love sea salt, but generally use table salt when creating recipes to share because that's what most people have at home.
