Oh my goodness sweetheart… what precious words!🥰♥️… I always tell myself that I KNOW eventually whatever hump is in my path that its going to be okay at some point… I just keep asking God to give me the strength and courage to endure whatever the issue is and leave it with him… Then I must rest on that and believe that…. Your goal is to teach folks how to cook spontaneously like our Mom’s did, using what they had available that day. Love the idea. Brings back memories of my Mom. Think about doing a “pantry tour”. Mom always seemed to have whatever building blocks she needed to cook whatever she wanted. Grocery stores weren’t local, so I know she stocked the essentials. What are those essentials? That part I didn’t learn from her!

I always cook whole bags of everything. Just my husband and me but use to be more of us so Im in the habit of cooking all!! I love your recipes. Simple good food like my Mother use to cook. Growing up never had garlic ir alot if seasonings because my father was not big on spice besides salt and pepper. Once I got on my own had a field day with all the condiments!!!
