Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

3 large boneless skinless Chicken breast
1 can cream of mushrooms 🍄 or cream of chicken
1 box chicken flavored rice a roni
Fresh broccoli 🥦
1 whole jar Tostito cheese dip medium heat
Corn starch
Salt , pepper, garlic powder

Thank You Gina!.. came out great... baked it like most of my other casseroles 350° for for 30 mins then added another 10mins while watching without the cover... put a nice color and texture to the cheese on top. this will be a regular recipe in the home rotation!

I used this recipe instead of my own broccoli casserole recipe & I loved it, we all did. I added diced onion & used a jar of cheese whiz (my picky husband doesn't like the tostito cheese), & put large crumbles of ritz crackers on top, it gave it a very nice touch but not sure how good it would taste left over & reheated bc of the ritz, I didn't have even a serving left to find out & I doubled this recipe lol (I baked it on 350 for 35 minutes & then uncovered it & baked it another 10 minutes, PERFECT). Thank you Mrs. Gina for all these wonderful recipes, everything I've made from your channel has been a huge hit even for my picky family lol
