Thank you Lubna for sharing. I made this naan a month ago and now I'm making it again. I have to say it's quick and easy, and O, so yummy. I added just about a tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese to the Mozarella cheese for taste. Now this has become my favorite naan.👍

Best naan recipe, I used self raising flour instead of adding baking powder and soda, turned out very nice. I also followed the method of kneading 10 minutes, set aside for 30 minutes and knead again for 5 minutes, perfect dough
