All purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cups
Baking powder - 1 tbspoon
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tbspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbspoon
Luke warm water - 1 cup
Cottage Cheese - 200 gms
Garlic - finely chopped
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
