This is a challenge I could crush. Eating Italian food is like breathing air. You’re SUPPOSED to eat a shot ton of it. At one of my favorite places (before it closed because of covid) they served me 12 helpings of veal piccata because I ate the first one in 5 mins and they wanted to see how much I could eat. They comped all of it, so I left a $300 tip.

And your monthly carb intake was accomplished in one sitting lol. I love pasta but it's so filling. I want to try that recent seafood dining experience he had. That I could actually accomplish. Any of the 3 (solo)pasta dishes or the sandwiches with a salad and I would stop before I hurt myself.

As usual Joel, it’s a pleasure to get to experience your food assessment and eating goals. You do an awesome job eating in regular time assessments to full out food challenges ! TY for the awesome job explaining how the dishes taste. You’re the first person I’ve seen eat their salad dressing like I eat it. I’ve always dipped my fork into the dressing and then pick up the salad. It keeps one from over dressing the salad. The cannoli and Tiramisu are a tie for me. They’re both delicious and Italian desserts for me
