I've been having a pretty bad week mental health wise, and so surprisingly enough, I was having my comfort food as well! I love corn, in all shapes and forms, so after a very long time I treated myself to some delicious corn on the cob! Thanks for saying we deserve to have our comfort foods, sometimes it's good to remind ourselves that we deserve good things too 💝

What’s your biggest advice for someone starting their Vegan journey? ☺️

@@britt182x don’t go too quickly. Go slow and make sure you are getting all different types of foods for the nutritional variety, also don’t forget to take supplements. D3 and B12 are the most important. Much love!🥰Also, never feel pressured to stay vegan. If it doesn’t work for you, then that’s okay, everyone is different. Don’t be discouraged🫶🏻
