Even though Raven could have made this better, was anyone really surprised that she wasn't in this? She really didn't feel part of the group. Aside from the first 2 movies, she contributed nothing else to the franchise. It only feels like she played a huge part because, overall, she was the biggest star, with That's So Raven and all. One movie with only these three didn't hurt anything. It's not like Return to Halloweentown when they totally replaced Kimberly J. Brown with Sara Paxton as Marnie. That was bad!

It isn't really, raven was never really part of the group, she was only in movies, and she had a movie she was shooting at the same time as the cheetah girl movie. She was fine with it, and she shot her movie. Point is she was never an actual member of the movie she was just there for the movies.
