In episode 200 after JJ was abducted I didn't like the torture that Askari had put her through but what I was mad about was the fact that the FBI people above Hotch's pay grade, who made JJ leave the team in Season 6 when she didn't even want to leave, wouldn't even lift a finger to try to help her and Matt Cruz and they kept stopping Garcia and the others from trying to find her and save her. Thank heavens Hotch called Prentiss back to the BAU to help save her. JJ blames herself for that woman, Nadia, her daughter and her own unborn baby being killed in Afghanistan but I blame Hastings and Askari for that! The truth is if those two traitors weren't there then Nadia and her daughter might still be alive and Henry would have been a big brother, then. When JJ gave birth to Henry in Season 4 she had a beautiful glow about her. When the Humvee blast made her miscarry her second baby that beautiful glow went dim! Seeing JJ imagine herself lying dead on an autopsy table I thought "JJ, no! You've got at least 70 more years in you before its your turn to lie there! Please get that thought out of your pretty little head!" JJ went through enough hell without Askari's ghost haunting her nearly a year later! She proved herself strong enough to stop his hauntings and controlling her anger over everything.
