The serval is pretty young and doesn't know this older cat. The serval is being friendly and playful thinking that the other kitty is just playing too. About midway, the serval got a neck bite. The serval definitely knew there was a problem with this cat but stayed cool about it.

Servals seem to have a huge personal space. This one had Cheetoh all the way, but others you can see keep a distance, even while sniffing. As though with a 25 foot jump their senses are ready to act that far. Servals are great.

Question: how can you tell your cat has Cheetoh? My stepdaughter (quite the feline connoisseur) claims that my Bengal mix also has Cheetoh. I'm not unconvinced, either. Just not entirely sure how to tell. He's a little tetchier than most Bengals, but super affectionate when he wants to be and extremely loyal. Not a true cheetoh, this is an early generation ocicat. With more abyssian DNA. Abyssian have wild heritage so when bred ocicat are bred with Bengal, the wild genetics amplifie and they are about the same size as a serval. When genuine be much more even if it were a cheetoh, however , cheetoh temperaments are usually not like this at all and neither are ocicats. That serval is definitely imposing on its territory potentially even taking food or a mate.
