sloppy. he should have added breadcrumbs to the casserole so the juices wouldn't run all over the plate making those beautifully fried eggplants on the plate soggy on the bottom. if not atleast buy some casserole dishes, the breadcrumbs would look better on top instead of looking like a pile of slop.
