Chef Alpine Wood Stove For Cabin First Burn

After three years, I'm finally going to use it!  It's time to prep for the winter and this year I will be using my Chef Alpine woodburning stove for the first time. This stove is designed for a hot tent or a canvas tent however, I'm on a budget and this is what I will be installing inside my cabin.

It will burn easily if you stack the wood like log cabin with grass or tinder in center of logs you should be using little branches from hardwood trees don't burn pine or wood with resin because build up in pipe could cause fire your starter wood should be about 1 inch you have to have a collar to Go through wall and you have to have something fire proof like durock board behind it with space away from wall also durock underneath to make a layer between floor and stove legs will get hot

@@lucyoffgrid not recommended you go through a window but if you are maybe use a piece of sheet metal put it in the window like you would an ac Lock it in the track then pass the pipe through a hole in metal look up thermal dynamics of stove pipes to get good flow if not you will be trying to stay warm in a smoker 🤣
