Choco lava cake
1.Chop 165gms chocolate into small pieces
2.Take 165g unsalted butter
3.Using double boiling method melt butter and chocolate together
4.Then take 90g maida in a separate bowl
5. Grease the lava mould with butter and then dust it with cocoa powder
6. In a separate bowl add 150g of egg ,using a measuring spoon add quater spoon of vanilla essence and add 120g of castor sugar.Then using a electric whisker gently whisk the mixture
7. Gradually add the melted chocolate and butter in the bowl and using a spatula cut and fold the mixture until they are mixed throughly
8. Now lets add the flour , in the flour mix add a pinch of sea salt
9. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients batter slowly and repeat the cut fold technic to mix it
10. Then add the mixed batter into the greased lava mould . Fill half of the mould
11. Place the filled moulds in fridge for half an hour .In meantime preheat the oven for 15mins
12. Place the freezed mould in the otg for 15mins .
13. Then using a knife scrape the edges of the cake and invert the cake
14. Dust some powdered sugar on top
15. Enjoy your choco lava cake hot with a scoop of ice-cream.
