Hey Josh! You certainly nailed it for me with this post. Scott is living my dream as a professional chef and market gardener. It certainly looks lush, orderly and delicious. I'm envious of the size of his figs and with a Mediterranean influence in the garden he certainly has his customer's health top of mind. His approach to drying herb and flower combinations for teas has me inspired. Cheers!

Fabulous story guys. Big theme of the future - people growing some of their own veggies - it's easy and really good fun! Don't forget to include some flowers to bring in the pollinators too - borage, marjoram, catmint etc etc.

It's nice what you can do with money. However! Lot's of resourcefulness and wonderful ideas. That old fig is amazing, they transplanted it so well. I wonder what they do to combat the pollution from the nearby road?
