As a chef who's on salary in Melbourne I can tell those numbers match the majority of the jobs for commis. Having that said, cdp, sous and cdc don't earn a whole lot more. From commis to cdc you probably can expect 60k to 100k a year. Most head chefs actually don't even make 90k. But 100k is still possible.

@@rabinalama8878 yes you need to study Certificate III/IV in Kitchen Management for 1.5 yrs and then you will be chef 😊
