Chef Tom I know what I'd like to see. Richard said you are great with bread and pastry. I'd like to see a crusty bread that is soft on the inside and I'd like to see a cheesecake Richard makes the most amazing cheesecake that he learned from school. Let me know if you can do this for me Thank you so much
