Chef RV’s GISING GISING. Healthier and more affordable because we used Tofu!

TOFU GISING GISING
cooking oil
500g crumbled tofu
½ cup alamang guisado
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 pcs. red onions, sliced
8 pcs. green chilies
8 pcs. red chilies
4 cups coconut milk
1kg sigarilyas (wingbeans), sliced
salt, pepper, patis, to taste
vegetable powder or mushroom powder, as needed

I use tangkay ng kangkong. As in super sandali lang lutuin yung malutonglutong pa. Masarap din at mas mura. Yung mga dahon ibang luto ang gawa ko. Masarap talaga yan chef. Ng hirap kasi minsan maghanap ng sigarilyas at medyo mahal.
