1 tbsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1 cup egg whites
1 cup cornstarch
Breading:

Malansa nga actually dark meat kaya need talaga calamansi or ibang flavor para mask yung lansa di tulad sa breast meat malinis lasa. btw prinkle chicken tawag nila dun sa seasoned na chicken ng bhc, May b.b.q chicken narin sa bgc if ever namimiss mo ang totoong korean chicken

Kumain ako kahapon sa isang sikat na korean samgyupsal dito sa lugar namin dito sa america, eat all you can sya at may buffet pang kasama kumuha ako ng fried chicken nila plain lang at in fairness masarap yung manok nila malutong at malambot kahit medyo warm nalang, sa iba kasing samgyupsalan dito kung may manok man malutong sya pero matigas at dry yung karne, nka 5 piraso yata ako plus yung mga inihaw pa namin muntik na ako na food coma nag stay muna kami sa parking ng almost 20min. Dahil baka masuka kami sa kabusugan 🤭🤣😂🤣😂
