it was one grenade, and he was far enough away from it that he could handle a couple of shots. SMG rounds don't do as much damage as rifle shots and it sounded like he was hit by a Type 100. I've played the game many, many times on Veteran and it's not beyond the realm of possibility. In fact, it's happened to me many times. This game is a strange version of extremely unforgiving and forgiving all at once

I skipped the American stages on veteran mode and went to the russian stage - got to the asylum then, came back to complete the stage with only one re spawn which wasn't my fault anyway - it was my gaming mouse nevertheless, enjoyed playing - I'm now in the subway taking on the enemy soldiers nearby the trains
