I love that line about being sick only getting harder over time, but getting healthy is only hard at first, then gets easier over time. I’ll be using that one with my health coaching clients!! Thanks, Dr. G 💖

I love her terms "Food like drugs" and "Recreational high .... eating to get high". So true! These days I'm uber satisfied, internally happy and at peace when I just have my amazing raw vegan salads that do not have sugar oil or salt! These make me so happy to the point where I no longer feel the need to eat to get high and if I have a bed day or the daily day from the daily grind I find other ways of self therapy that are healthy like cozying up with a nice book and some warm herbal tea, no honey with some nice soothing warm lighting.

I am the only one in my family. I have tried to talk to them but they say meat is healthy. They have said there is no way they are giving up meat..we agree to disagree. I am 66, no meds, active, I garden a lot, 5 acres property with a pond. I grow as much food as I can. I have been told that I look 10-20 years younger than what I am. They say that I can’t be a grandma. I am not bragging, just want to say that the diet works. Dr. Milton Mills is wonderful to listen to. I very kind doctor. I don’t get tempted, I just eat what I have that is healthy. Thank you both

Thank you! I’ve still been making my husband the highly processed meals that he wants so this inspires me to do better for him. I want him around for a very long time. ❤

Years ago, when my son entered kindergarten (in Sweden) a teacher asked me if my son could eat the raw vegetables that they cut up and passed around the table after the main course. Its kind of funny that they asked that, why would I not want him to eat the healthiest part of the meal? Only wish they had served the raw vegetables BEFORE the cooked stuff.

Here in the USA they don’t ask about giving our children anything. It seemed that there were cupcakes or candy given out several times a week! I wish they were passing around raw veggies!! 🥕

Great presentation. It would be interesting to know how ultra-processed food impact the developing nervous system, and the effects this has in adulthood, also.

This information is so encouraging:) Thank you! I believe the enemy of souls (Satan) has done this with the food. He knows that if our minds our not clear we will not be capable of discerning spiritual things or be able to hear that still small voice. Jesus is coming very soon and Satan knows he has but a short time to deceive and mislead souls. He does it through so many things but mainly through the diet. It was through the diet that our first parents fell. The power of the appetite has been so strong on the human race that Jesus had to fast 40 days to break this stronghold over us. We CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO WILL GIVE US STRENGTH!! The diet in the beginning was fruits, grains and nuts. Vegetables were added when sin came into the world. God knew that our bodies would need the healing power of greens after sin. He's so wise!! Before sin, our first parents were eating from the tree of life which gave an extremely long life span before the flood. But as time went on and after the flood, the life span of man started to sharply decrease. God allowed man to eat meat initially after Noah and his family got off the ark because the land needed time to produce vegetation. It was never God's plan for man to subsist on meat. We are nearing the borders of the Heavenly Canann. There will be no meat, cheese, eggs, processed foods served in Heaven. Now is the time for those taste buds to change and prepare ourselves for the heavenly banquet:) Thank you Chef AJ and Dr. Goldner for the work that you do!

Think this post is maybe what you refer. Natural Hygiene was taught by Natives to USA medical people & those teachings remained the law of the land up until the late 1800's when big pharma began to take over making Natural Hygiene unjustly obsolete until early 1900's when Herbert M. Shelton re-founded the orthopaedic practice at his health sanatoriums & by the 1950's he ran for potus, but big oil land grabs & big pharma swindles had a monopoly by then, also it was further corrupted by the liquor industry that had spiraled out of control as a drug of choice ever since the 1930's. So it is way past time to make Natural Hygiene a part of our daily lives again, as the once sober apple cart was upset too many times over the years by oppressive governmental inebriated addicts who have been increasingly abusing a once sound medical practice here in America for far too long. Here is my take on needed improvements for those who have yet them or even considered changing these corrupt current laws yet. Back around the 70's reagan began shutting down state hospitals to save taxes for the rich resulting in an ever increasing spiral of homeless street people & overcrowded prisons. Reagan was inebriated on his bubbly. That points to another mess up that occurred back in the 30's when they made alcohol their drug of choice as legal recreation & criminalized other intoxicants. Past time for a resolution to both these gross errors. 1- make all drugs & alcohol legal medically with supervision. 2-drug & alcohol test all law enforcement, politicians, educators & gun owners at their own expense, never as illegal recreation in use currently. Until those insane obsolete laws, rules & regulations are changed with appropriate resolutions the errors of the past will continue to escalate.

Juicing isnt to much of a process. When kids were young theyd chew fruits and veg then suck the juice out and spit out the rest. Quit around 2 years of age.
