Moonglet Pizza !!
Pizza tastes the best when in a mood to party! so why not try a healthy one this time?
I bring to you Moonglet Pizza topped with fresh onions, tomato, capsicum, sauces and melted cheese on top that makes a great snack idea for your party cravings!!

MOONGLET PIZZA
1 big cup Moong dal
1 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp urad dal dhuli
1 nos green chilly
1 inch ginger
1 TSP salt
1 TSP turmeric
1 TSP red chilly powder
1 TSP heeng
1 TSP coriander powder
1 TSP garam masala powder
1 TSP baking soda
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated carrots
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 TSP ghee
1 TSP Ginger Julienne
1 tbsp butter
1 TSP tomato ketchup
5 slices capsicum
5 slices Onion
5 slices Tomato
100 GMS processed cheese
Method
Soak moong dal and other dal separately for few hours
Drain the water and mix it together to blend all the Dals in a mixie with ginger and green chillies
Take the mixture out in a ball, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, heeng , coriander powder,garam masala powder and baking soda
Add onion, carrots and coriander and mix well
Add ghee on a non stick pan and pour the batter
Cook it like thick cheela on both sides using butter
Spread tomato ketchup on the top side, place slices of vegetables and cheese
Close the lid of non stick pan and cook it for 15 min
Serve hot!!!!
