I made these today for my Friday prasad. Came out very very nice. I just felt that sugar was little more. For those who like less sugar, u can use only 3/4th cup. Tastes amazing

Thanks Parul and Ajay, for revival of my childhood memories when our Kannada cook used to make them frequently (1969-71) and also lovely Mysore Pak . As time passed and we went to college,my mother stopped making them and subsequently forgot the recipes even though she had noted them in her diary. I often wished to make them.I am 66 now. Thanks to both of you I will make them soon. I am an ardent fan of Parul on KZbin and Ajay on TV Kudos to both of you for sharing your valuable expertise in such a lively manner that has often encouraged me to try your recipes. When you add Milk it becomes soft , we do not add milk but only ghee is enough after adding the suger , to make the laddus . You can keep it out , but with milk you've to refrigerate it . This is how it's made in Karnataka n Tamilnadu's rawa urandai .
