What incredible timing. My sister just mentioned the other day that she loved my drop biscuits when we were kids. 😂 They were just Bisquick box recipe biscuits. If I had had your recipe six decades ago I would be Queen of the cinnamon roll biscuits in her mind! This is such a beautiful recipe I can hardly wait to make them, and I will! I love this recipe. Ingredient list is only part of a good recipe, technique is what makes a recipe outstanding. And this is an outstanding recipe! Thank you so much. I love all your videos and I've watched almost everyone since I discovered your Channel. Love you, bless you! ❤️🫂 You're in my prayers for a wonderful New Year!

I want to make this recipe but I need to know about how much baking powder do I need to use as well as sugar... 😂😂 every time I tried biscuits by adding baking powder it never came out like that... so I resorted to buttermilk biscuits with lilly flour and never had a fail since😂😂😂
@CookingAtPamsPlace2 жыл бұрын
Lady Owl. I am glad you asked! I had no idea I missed put those ingredients in the description. I’ve added them now. One thing for sure is to not overwork the dough and roll them out to about an inch thick! I never use buttermilk because to my taste the biscuits are not as soft and fluffy. And I like a big soft and fluffy biscuit . Lol. Let me know how you like them!

Pam. I noticed the recipe doesn’t specify using self rising flour, in comparing this to your regular biscuit recipe the ingredients are quite similar so I’m assuming it calls for SRF also. AND. your regular recipe calls for twice as much sugar than these sweet ones. I’m a little confused by that I’d appreciate clarification on those questions. Thanks so much
