I will tell you a secret that no KZbinr has mentioned before about the city, but you mentioned it in your video without realizing the reason. You mentioned that there is a floor painted blue. If you see a floor painted blue, this means that this alley has no exit and only includes the homes of the locals and is limited. As for the floor that is not painted blue, this means that they are main passages or small streets that you can cross to find other exits.
