Very simple, luks yummy... Horlicks idea very different...usually when fried in oil, it absorbs so much of oil & again ooses out back when it's prepared as halwa...but really this is different & superb....

Deena ji! I tried the recipe. Sweetness is very high if use sugar as per his version becos rusk itself will be little sweetish, sweetness in horlicks and Kishmish, all increasing the sweetness toooo much. So what I feel, for 1 cup measure of crumbs half sugar will be sufficient.
