This video has full of heart . It made me teary eyed watching it. Makes me wanna move to Bacolod from Aklan. I’m pure Manilenyo. And it’s the best decision moving to the province. Food in Western Visayas is super Namit and talagang Fresh.

Chef we’re going home for the first time since pandemic and this is exactly how I feel about Negros - bittersweet but very nostalgic. Sooo many good memories and so much more when it comes to food 😬 I feel so proud to be from Bacolod. Indeed, no matter where you go, there’s no place like home 💕

It takes one true Negrosanon to know the Negros’ history, food hidden gems and also those places and people who are underrated. Not commercialized, not scripted, all natural Negrosanon soul. all Kudos to you! 🥰

I was with Luisa's owners son when my wife and his wife was labouring sa Doctor's we we're just talking and it started when I appreciated his good pair of shoes and bid each other goodluck for each others better half's labor. Months have passed and we went to Luisa's for a good lunch as I insisted when I heard about the place and was surprised to see my buddy at the hospital's waiting area and we remembered each other right away and he gave out compliments in the house. Right after one of the best lunches of my life, I tried asking for a how about their chicken and the old man just gave me that bright grin. That moment for me is just a treasure. Too bad I never had that garlic spare ribs. 😊
