Great stuff. Appreciate your openness to explore Bharat 🙏 lot of good stuff you captured in this documentary. a couple of key points i would like to highlight - 1) how you simplified one of the most intimidating things for a foreigner in Bharat, the stares from strangers! more often than not, its as simple as you mentioned couple of times in this video. just smile at them and you will get a beautiful smile back. 2) Knowing which moments to capture and which to let go off. 3) sometimes you have to allow parts of yourself to let go. you will then see the beauty all around you, even amidst the chaos.

You should explore the north eastern cuisine of India which is very diverse and unique to the rest of the country. There is influece of south east asian cooking with east indian. Its a different world altogether. I think only chef outside India to have explored north east indian cuisine is probably gordon ramsey who did a couple of documentary episodes on it.
