500 g lamb cubed

One tablespoon of paprika paste

A teaspoon of cumin
A teacup of oil
A glass of cold water
A piece of rosemary
Preparation:
We peel the eggplants and chop them as I show in the video, keep for 10 minutes in salted water, wash them, then take them to the strainer and drain the water, chop all our vegetables in cubes and cook them, we take them all on the tray, we prepare the sauce in a separate bowl, we prepare the sauce, tomato paste, oil, spices, water, pour it over the vegetables and mix it well, put a piece of rosemary on it and firstly oil paper then we cover it tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1 hour, then take the paper off and it becomes super soft for half an hour. A very nice flavor that you can serve to your guests or enjoy with your family.
