Mere ghar bache hue rice ka ghee bhaat banta hai. Bas pyaaz, jeera, sarso aur tej patta ko ghee me saute karke garlic and ginger daal dete hai. Phir rice dalte hai and finally we serve. My mom used to call it Indian Fried Rice.😂 Maine toh ek do baar elaichi, clove bhi daala tha. But your recipe looks more fabulous. Try karna toh banta hai. 😊❤

Hello, I'm 15 y/o and I was hungry so I tried this recipe in evening and I ran out of green chilli, curd, and coriander but I tried my best and istg ( I swear to god ) it was so amazing and spicy I decided I will make this every time with leftover rice and sometimes will even cook rice specially for this chef's kiss recipe. Also I put it in a bowl for 10 min and then put it in plate so it had cute shape and yk presentation matters I thought it wouldn't be that good but it turned out so so so good my mom doubt my cooking skills but when she tried it she was like shocked and was like dayummmmm. All thanks to you sir❤️ for this recipe quick and easy ✨
