Chef RV, maganda rin yan concept mo na naglilibot ka sa ibat ibang resto o kainan at dyan ka na rin kumakain. Nakaka tulong ka rin sa mga owners para ma promote ang business nila. Thanks for sharing your food trips Chef, namiss din namin ang Binondo. We used to live in San Miguel Manila but we migrated here in Los Baños in 2005 after my husband passed away. We have not gone to Binondo since then. Seeing Binondo in your vlog brought back a lot of memories and cravings. Kaya pupunta kami duon one of these days. :)

I LOVE CHAMPOY AGH I NEED IT NOW! Champoy is dried/preserved plums. They're good for digestion and are very nice, sweet but not too much. It is originally a Chinese sweet, but used to be popular all over Asia. So much so there was a Comedy show by the same name in the Philippines with an iconic theme song "CHAMPOY CHAMPOY". I remember eating it as a child cause my mom is from that generation and now at 23 I rediscovered it and love it so much. Makes sense cause I LOVe tutti frutti, which is the European equivalent of it.
