There are lot more info in the description👀 概要欄にも色々のせてます👀 *The nutrition calculation at the end includes the rice and cooking oil too. *動画最後のカロリー表はご飯や調理に使った油も含まれています。 Being healthy isn't actually suffering. Since I lost weight few month ago, I really enjoy eating healthy food!! I used to hate chicken breast cuz I thought it's dry and tasteless. But I realised that it's really good ingredients if I cook properly with care. And now I like chicken breast over thigh. Hope this video helps to make your life a bit healthier!!

I liked the chicken chasu recipe, I will try to replicate it. Same with oyakodon. Most of times I have some chicken, veggies and roasted potatoes (I boil them, let them cool and cut them in small cubes. Then I cook them again in the air fryer for 20 mins with a bit of oil. They taste almost the same as the pan fried ones but with almost no oils, so almost no fats!) for dinner. When I want to skip carbohydrates I cook some pumpkin in the air fryer with olive oil, garlic and turmeric. Thank your for these recipes!

That looks delicious! I'll give it a try! Also, maybe you could try takikomi gohan recipes? I think they are probably lower in calories because (most of) the ingredients are made with the rice together, instead of stir fried which adds oil. I remember going to a fancy hotel with my fiancee's family in Shizuoka, at the restaurant they had huge bowls of mixed rice. Seafood rice, mushroom rice, etc. It was so delicious!

That Oyakodon looks amazing. I love the idea of adding cabbage/ coleslaw to rice. Helps with volume (and isnt cauliflower rice... bleh).

I always find chicken breasts and chicken fillets too dry when cooked. Hence not nice / tasty to eat compared to chicken thigh or leg. Do you have any recommendations on how to cook chicken breast or fillets without it becoming dry in taste? Thanks.
