Love this kind of cooking vid, no gimmicks, no fancy tricks, no unnecessary talks, just good quality ingredients + excellent cooking makes a lovely result
If i could choose just one type of cuisine to eat every day until i die. It would have to be chinese. There are so many dishes that i don't think my taste buds would ever get bored.

haha china is huge. wang gang mostly cover sichuanese cooking (I'm from sichuan as well), but there's also other regions, shanghai, shandong, canto, etc, all with _very_ distinct flavors. I personally have _no idea_ how to make dishes outside of sichuan, kind of like a french person wouldn't know much of italian cooking (each region in china has its own cooking style, similar to countries in europe)

@@dewinmoonl I'm a Taiwanese myself. I like chinese cuisine but definitely not on a daily basis. There's a point where you need something else to balance your diet for sure
