When you did the fixed effects test why did you only do on cross sectional and not on the time periods?

I like this.... I did Panel OLS for long tun and short run (ECM) to ascertain EKC hypothesis... I went on the do Panel URT ,Panel Cointg, Panel Vecm and Panel Wald test.... Hope its still okay to do this process as far as it is linear regression!.???

why didn't we carry out stationary test first before carrying out this test and running fixed .pooled and random effects sir ? is it not necessary or important when conducting or handling panel data ?
