What size bead core do you use and is it for all size beads
@ChellejonPaperBeadRollers4 жыл бұрын
My purple bead roller takea a 4mm bead core. I usually use that unless I'm putting the beads on snake chain, then I use the peach roller and 5mm bead cores. You can get the rollers and a selection of bead cores in different sizes and styles at paperbeadrollers.com.

Thanks for the great video! I want to get started in this craft and would like to know about the rollers. Since you have several different sizes and I can’t really invest in all of them from the start, what do you recommend to get started? Does the size just determine the size of the hole, the thickness of the paper you can use, or the size of the finished bead; or all of it? Please help!! Thanks
@ChellejonPaperBeadRollers4 жыл бұрын
Hi Evelyn! The size determines the thickness of the hole. I recommend people start with the Blue bead roller, and then the Red one. With those two you can do very small or larger beads. Once you get the hang of those, you'll know if you want any of the other sizes. And when you go to my website, click the little present in the lower corner for 10% off you first purchase! Have fun! www.paperbeadrollers.com/product/paper-bead-roller-set-of-two/

Please what is the length of the paper?
@ChellejonPaperBeadRollers7 ай бұрын
I used 12x12 paper to cut these, but you can use longer or shorter strips with the same strip measurements. Longer strips (or thicker paper) make the bead bulker, shorter strips (or thinner paper) will make it less bulky.

Hi since I am starting with these paper beads can I do more then one and glaze all at the same time because it will all dry at the same time and you can use them faster i am correct
@ChellejonPaperBeadRollers4 жыл бұрын
Yes, that is how I do it. I make all of the beads first. Then I glaze them all in a big batch at once.

Google has a great conversion tool! Just type in Inches to cm and it will tell you what you need.

Vous ne pouvez pas revenir en arrière et modifier des vidéos antérieures pour ajouter des mesures. Pour convertir une mesure, saisissez-la dans Google et il vous donnera la réponse.

I love this shape bead! I have one question - do you hand measure and cut each bead? I'd rather find a template that I can print onto the back of my paper because that would save so much time. I don't have a machine as you do for cutting and I find measuring so tedious. Also, I was always so bad at maths! (: Thanks so much for all your vids. They are just great. And another question - how do I know what the weight of my paper is? I have several blocks of printed paper that seem very heavy ( heavier than cardstock). If I use them will the bead just be bigger than yours but still the same shape?
@ChellejonPaperBeadRollers4 жыл бұрын
Hi! I sell template on paperbeadrollers.com. They all include printable PDFs so you can print out the shapes. They also include graphics for cutting machines, but you can also use those graphics to place them wherever you want on a page (like in MS Word) and make your own templates. You can grab them at paperbeadrollers.com. For telling the weight, I'm going to give you this link because it's pretty involved! www.strathmoreartist.com/blog-reader/determining-paper-weight.html
