I think beds are already provided. Linen you need to get it. And common utensils are also there in the shared kitchen. You need to get your cutlery though

Any rooms you can get, book it. Jsut be careful with scams. Currently finding an accommodation in Chelmsford is tough. Student village is only open for graduation courses. So if you are coming for MSc or MBA, you may not get a room at student village.

Try to get a room only. Finding studio or private property is near impossible in the current scenario.

I am opting for scm with placement year. My contract will be for 2 years or i can take it for one year and thereafter i can shift outside. And also.are there om campus jobs in uk like in canadian colleges

There are in campus jobs. Follow ARU Temps for those details on Instagram. For housing, I think it would be best to contact student accommodation team. Contract is mainly for 1 year I believe. Then you can shift outside.

Accommodation is expensive than before, and affordability depends on a lot of factors. About roommate, some landlords do allow room sharing if it's a double room. You need to ask that to the landlord.
