I think it's absolute madness that the club wants to sell Ben Chilwell, having sold the only other natural left back Ian Maartsen. It seems Maresca would rather play an ineffective Malo Gusto at left back than Ben Chilwell, which is mindblowing. We also have to be wary that the current group of players have punched well above their weight thus far. Let's just be very honest about that. Another thing we need to be wary of is the fact that Maresca, though seemingly a good man manager, isn't experienced at the top level and is tactically naive. We saw examples of this in the last few games. So expectations should be cooled. We also notice that he buys former Man City academy graduates as well as a Leicester player. All of which he has worked with for a short period of time. I personally think that exposes the fact that he prefers to only work with what he knows and isn't really willing to think outside of that. This is dangerous, in my opinion, as the club will eventually lose many players due to this and will lead to his downfall if he doesn't adapt.

I think it is disgusting how good players have been frozen out like Chalobah and Chilwell. It might have been under Poch but he played Cucurella on the right and he did brilliantly there and he can inverted. Gusto can't, he is struggling at times. I would play Chilwell as a straightforward wing back on the left and Cucu on the right inverting and sometimes Cucu on the left inverting with Gusto on the right just to mix things up a bit. Why Chalobah isn't playing is a weird one also. Buying Delap, would he be just the understudy to Jackson or be given the chance in the first team? I think we should get Sesko and use him as the main striker. Jackson at times looks lost but every now and then looks decent, is that the way we are to go? Comparing Managers at this time is nonsense, what has Maresca won at Chelsea? He has got us in 4th place and their is no guarantee we are going to stay there especially looking how the team was against Fulham. Losing wasn't an issue so much as the way we lost, players didn't seem up for it. If Chelsea do not not thump Ipswich tomorrow I think Chelsea should start looking over their shoulder at teams getting into form.

With EM I really enjoy the training videos, he is almost one of the players laughing while training. The players are aware of the coach's discipline and I feel sure that respect is in order

I would love a loan move for Casidei. Chilwell should find another club cos I don't see him coping with Maresca's system, he's been very brittle since 3 seasons now.

I’m not hating on Liverpool, but Rio is right. Slot may continue to do well, but time will tell. They were fantastic before Slot came.

So reality sets in. Two weeks ago we were title contenders. One point out of six and we are back to forth with city and 5 other clubs within a few points. So hopefully we will make 5th or maybe even 4th if we dont get any injuries.

Hopefully we'll beat Ipswich otherwise the Chelsea "fans" and well known You tubers will go into absolute meltdown. Chilwell will just have to slum it on under 200k a week if he wants to leave then😅😅
