I mean that’s just top class striker play creating opportunities out of a clearance. He may not finish everything but that comes with confidence, composure and training which will all come with age. Yo be honest, watching the game today when the heat is off,l think Jackson was unlucky not to have scored last night, his movements were great but what was lacking were the goals. He caused all sorts of problems to the opposition but the dry patch he has hit is really bad. It is normal guys,for example haaland went through a similar situation at City and look what happened to them. Jackson is human too and he will miss some and score some,at least he is assisting his team mates.

Agreed, Nico is always going to get criticized more often because he's the striker and his finishing needs to improve, but why aren't the wingers stepping up with goals too? Nico got an assist to Palmer who is our only consistent goal scorer right now

@@carlossevilla290the way we play man the wingers aren’t set up to be goal threats, the whole idea of the 3-2-4-1 formation in possession is to create space and overloads in the middle for enzo palmer and Jackson, the wingers can’t score when they’re constantly hugging the touchline, palmer takes nearly every decent chance he gets, our style is also why Jackson needs to be finishing his chances, because he gets more than any player on the pitch, Liverpool for example play a basic 3 up front with two wingers looking to cut inside and shoot, it’s just different styles of play

We have to get behind the players guys we're making chances let's go let's go. Our problems seem to be primarily making defensive mistakes at the back. And of course Sanchez and how he is on the ball. And then Nicholas Jackson who is receiving a lot of clear cut chances but just not converting. He really does have potential though you can feel it. We've got to address these areas if we're going to challenge the title but we're close!!
