Allowing our Champions League winning players to leave while not allowing us to sign anyone to replenish... This isn't even about Chelsea, it's about sport fandom in general. If any group of individuals is going to ruin your mood this badly and to the point that it starts to affect your mental state on a fundamental level, you better be getting paid for it. You wake up and go about your day and you let a group of players do this to you?! Are you dumb? Seat yourself down and genuinely look at yourself and ask yourself if this is what the sum total of your life expectations will come to. No one should have this level of control over your mental state. Imagine getting depressed cos a group of people who would get paid regardless of what they do lost a game badly. lifelong chelsea I am, moved to burnley last september (personal reasons), I was in the pub last night after the match to console myself with a few guinnesses. All i heard around me was laughter... AT CHELSEA. It wasnt 'we had a lucky game we couldve beaten chelsea' it was genuine laughter AT CHELSEA. Thank you Younes. Well articulated and more importantly, precise. These new owners honestly, objectively speaking - came into league incredibly arrogant. To think they know more and know better than the rest of the owners in continental Europe is extraordinary. They came in without a team of employees from the start. They really did appoint themselves as Sporting Directors and Chairman's (pays well ...). Buy all kids, make them all starters....absolutely brilliant Clearlake. They all had starting positions in the XI handed to them. When Silva played, I used to enjoy watching the way Thiago coordinated EVERYTHING on the pitch to all the players, defenders, full backs, midfields. He was a traffic cop. He coordinated everything on every set piece, he tells players where to be, what to do, who to mark. We've watched Thiago lose it on Enzo more than once. He held players accountable. He was a second coach. Who does this now? BAdiashile and Disasi don't strike me as the most cerebral players around. Disasi just turned 26 this month. He's just stepping into his prime now, no Premier League experience after jumping from Ligue 1 in France. Badiashile just turned 23 this month so he's just raw and inexperienced - neither speaks English as first language so you can forget about their communication skills and technical know how awareness. Badiashile wasn't even marking anyone on the second goal. He's not experienced enough. Who's holding Enzo accountable or the fullbacks? Who's telling them where to play? Caicedo? Gusto doing it at 20 years old? Is it Mudryk directing traffic? Gallagher who recently turned 24? He's their flipping captain! Who the heck is directing and coordinating on the pitch? People surprised or confused on the goals conceded? This cannot be highlighted enough - that Chelsea has kept their only leader with experience out, at the expense of the team and to the detriment of their players they're ostensibly developing, is simply negligent and incompetent from a football operations perspective. It was ridiculous how much talking and directing, Thiago was forced to do, constantly, like a traffic cop. He barely speaks English yet that's all the would be doing when I watched him. Go watch back games of Thiago - you'll see. It is such a shame this is how he'll finish his career with Chelsea and potentially his footballing career. Forced out over petty politics. A legend of a player, who really loved Chelsea, has his family involved with Chelsea, kids playing in their academies. The utter disrespect shown to Thiago by these new owners is a testament to how little class they have. Now there's nobody that does the coordination and directing. The players, just don't know the game yet, they are too young. Don't know the league. No personality, no characteristics, no leadership. Just plane personalities. The decision to do this model of young kids SHOULD be (it won't be) internally examined by capable and competent adjudicators (nobody capable and competent exist at Chelsea anymore) to determine how poorly this "BlueCo idea" was thought out. The people responsible should be kept far away from decision making in pro football and Chelsea specifically. That's a problem though because the entire board is incompetent and they've blown their money. Vivell certainly wasn't impressed by his colleagues at the Directors table and was wise to get out early. This is a very obvious problem and the elephant in the room. Just look at that elephant. You can't miss it. These kids aren't ready for the Premier League, not game in game out anyway.

Despite false hopes, nothing has changed, the so-called "Project" is an abysmal failure. If Chelsea can't beat a 10-men team in the relegation zone, what hope is there for the rest of the season? Imagine if Burnley had played with 11 men. On another day, the penalty is unlikely to be given and Mudryk given the yellow instead. Jackson must have missed as many sitters as the goals he scored; it is doubtful he will ever reach the high standard of strikers that Chelsea had in the past.

To just be happy and feel like there is a positive return on the emotional and mental investment that people are putting in. Chelsea isn't doing that for fans now. The problem is so simple. This performance is very emblematic of our season. Every player played decently to well and it’s hard to look at what each player would have to do differently for us to change and do better and this is reflected in sofascore giving each player high match ratings. The problem is that we have no structure or togetherness. Pochettino’s laissez faire style is not effective with a team of all youngsters because they don’t have enough experience to play super well with that much freedom. A team this young needs structure and discipline and clear tactics, a manager that would tell each player what to do and when. It is very very evident that so many of these players have quality and a lot of potential despite some frustrated Chelsea fans telling you otherwise. I just think we need a much more structured manager/ style of play to help these players play together and a unit instead of giving them so much freedom as Poch does.

Poch system bears semblance with how Lampard wanted to play, only he does it better. Giving creative freedom to Chelsea players for sometime now hasn't been working - after Hazard left i think. Tuchel was a proper system coach but he still gave creative freedom to the forwards - the two no.10s and the no.9. But the team excelled in the structural build-up. If we can't get Nagelsman, let's get Hansi Flick! Xavi won't be a bad idea, but he would still need a good striker. @younestalksfootball

Badiashile defending was awful, sterling coming in was a positive, madueke ball touch was god damn awful like he didn't want to be in the pitch, mudryk was good, Enzo output today was phenomenal and palmer the saving grace, if not for him and Enzo I would already be in the hospital😢😢. You and all those "big chelsea accounts" are a bunch of people who have found a platform to speak and think that you know the absolute truth. 8 months ago you were blubbering about "AURA" and all that stuff and now Poch is a yes man. You have no idea how to run a club yet you think you do just because it isn't going the way you want it. We are obviously improving but we obviously need time and that is not gonna change if you moan like a child. The owners have made mistakes but what kind of owner went public to explain the strategy that you want? They already made known that this is a project that will be based on youngsters and it's 8 months, not 18. Last year we had the same rotten core of players who couldn't do anything. At least this year we see a fighting group of youngsters backing each other and performing sometimes really well and some others not. I am sure if social media were a thing back in 2000s you would be accusing Mourinho of playing Drogba and not Edgar since in the first years he was "bad". I haven't seen a big account like yours to actually support the club and not spread hatred. You are very wrong for acting like this and 'waking up' other supporters who want a new manager after 5 bad results. This thing takes time and we are seeing good things. The only big mistake our owners keep making is this dreadful medical team, but other than that we are harvesting what we sow. We have found a good young keeper (who yesterday killed us), we have a great RB who is thriving under Poch, we are seeing Caicedo adjust to the pressure, we are seeing Palmer drop Ballon Dor performances, Mudryk slowly become what we expect of him, Jackson to actually help the team (and miss some sitters), all whilst having 10 injured players constantly. We are in trouble but we are slowly getting out of it and with 2-3 proper experienced players we can see a totally different team. Just stop "protesting" and for once actually support the club.
