Chelsea: Friendly Faces

For decades Chelsea’s been saddled with a perception that it’s not particularly safe. Like many cities, drugs, crime and gangs have vexed neighborhoods otherwise filled with good, hard working people. But Chelsea Police Chief Brian Keyes, who’s lived in Chelsea his entire life, says he’s proud of the way this city has turned a corner and he rejects the stereotype.
