He was unmuted just a bit too quiet, I don't know if they checked and gain staged the mic with Will beforehand, seems like his vocals aren't as loud as Toms naturally, so if the sound guy just copied Toms settings onto another channel, of course Wills gonna be not as loud.

ironically I saw this same thing at a Lorna Shore concert, had 3 people come out. 2 were perfect, the one in the middle no sound at all the entire time he performed on stage at all. I was like I shouldve known this was too good to be true. Sound guy mustve just been asleep. I seen a super super small show with sots recently and they did all their own sound stuff and lo and behold they were late to the fig David comes running on stage plugs in his own mic and it was flawless I was like well that was like 10secs without a soundguy at all 😂
