@@life_so_hard_i_so_emo The Evolve era. Where they abandoned the typical deathcore aesthetic at the time and went for a more progressive, slightly formal type of style as far as their presentation. Also, they started including a LOT more virtuosity with the addition of Jason Richardson.

I realize that the bass in this is obnoxiously loud, but it at least proves how accurate and musical Dave's playing actually is. There are very few bassists in deathcore that put that much care into their playing, and this is years ago. Imagine how good he is now.

Cuz in general, no one is really paying attention to the drummer or the bassist really, unless they mess up because when u mess up (on drums atleast) its the most noticable out of them all lol.
