I too feel she sang it way better than Prince, but to be fair Prince wrote a great song! Also, it is usually easier for woman to have higher ranges to their voices, but Chelsea has got some serious talent!

THIS IS A COVER, cover songs are someone not trying to do better than the original, us musicians always have to point that out to non musicians all the time, they think because we are covering some ones song, that it must mean we are trying to do better, NOPE, we love the song so much that we just want to cover it and do it our own way, see it from a different angle, from a different light and perspective. This is a great version, so great in fact that the whole audience stood up and even the judges did too, they even gave her a yes, jeeze even Simon stood up, that all means something, far too many people are saying negative things, they need to go tot the doctor and get their ears checked seriously, hearing damage is a sad thing, so go get them checked.

Arctic Ice -Actually since you obviously don't know, the song is on the top 100 greatest songs of all time list, so it has plenty of get up and go, very moving song, honestly epic. I even remember hearing for the first time when it came out, that's how great it is, I remember what I was freaking doing at like 5 years old.

This isn't that good as people are making it out to be. One of the best non-Prince versions is Ruth Lorenzo from X Factor UK about 2008 - that will give you goosebumps! This is pretty bad!
